/ Production philosophy

Every listing is a different problem to solve.

We don't slot properties into a weekly schedule. Each engagement starts with the space, the market, and the deadline—then we build the shoot around those facts.

How we work

Deadline-conscious by design.

Turnaround isn't a courtesy—it's built into the engagement from day one. You get a confirmed delivery window before the shoot is booked, not after.

We shoot with natural light as the primary instrument. No heavy post-processing pass to compensate for a rushed setup—spaces are read before the camera is raised.

Wide environmental shot from the threshold of a high-ceilinged DC rowhouse living room, full floor-to-ceiling framing, afternoon north light raking across original hardwood floors, crown molding detail in upper corner, empty room with one tall sash window, warm neutral walls, no people, no staging

Three distinct markets

Different city, different light, different brief.

Washington DC

Federal rowhouses, Capitol Hill condos, and rental inventory that moves fast. Buyers here scan listing photos against a competitive grid—spatial clarity and honest light close the gap.

Ottawa

Older stock with heritage detail, new-build corridors, and a bilingual market. Architectural character is the story—we frame it before anything else.

Gatineau

Cross-river demand, mixed-density listings, and a buyer profile that often compares across the border. We shoot for the scroll on both sides.
